Three Steps to Perfect Adhesion
Clean the Surface
Wash the metal free of dirt, oil, and loose rust with water and a wire brush.
Apply InstaPhos
Brush, dip, or wipe the solution onto the metal. Wait 3–5 minutes for the phosphate layer to form.
Dry & Powder Coat
Allow the phosphated surface to dry completely in shade. Apply powder coating for a lasting finish.
